Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At Nexus Furnishings, we stand behind our products and services, promising to leave you completely satisfied.

 Refund

Once we receive and review your return, a refund will be approved in the form of store credit within 1 working day, and details will be shared on your Email/WhatsApp. You can use those store credits within 12 months from the date the credits have been issued to you.

Exchange & Return

Exchange

We only exchange items if they are defective. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at nexusfurnishings@gmail.com. Once we receive and review the return, the exchange will be approved and delivered within 2-6 business days.

Since we keep limited inventory and do not have all sizes available at all times, if the exchange request cannot be processed, the store credit may be provided in accordance with the terms herein.

7-day return policy

We only return/exchange items if you receive a defective/damaged product.

Shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by you. Once we receive and inspect the return/exchange products, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.

If return is accepted by us, return products will be delivered within 2-6 business days.

Returns are accepted within 7 business days after you receive the order.

Only unused and unwashed items in the original packaging are eligible for the return. Nexus Furnishings reserves the right to refuse the return and refund of goods shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.

Taxes: Price listed on the website is the final retail price for the customer and is inclusive of all taxes applicable in India.
